fig (farm in grid) is a highly secure and trusted platform where any farmer can register for free. after registration, the fig team completes verification. once verified, the farmer receives a login and password and a permanent fig qr code.
when someone scans this permanent qr code, they can view the farmerโs verified profile: contact details, photos of the farm, cultivation practices, certifications, and more. for every batch of produce sold, the farmer can easily add batch-specific details (harvest date, variety, inputs used, location, quantity, etc.) so buyers can trace each batch to its origin.
